Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz brewed medium roast coffee
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder (lion’s Mane, chaga, or reishi)
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Splash of oat milk (optional)

Equipment

  • Coffee maker or French press
  • Small whisk or handheld milk frother
  • Measuring spoons
  • Mug
  • Small blender (optional)
  • Kettle
  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Brew 8 oz of strong coffee.
  2. Add 1 tsp mushroom powder to a warm mug.
  3. Pour hot coffee over the powder.
  4. Whisk vigorously for 15–20 seconds until smooth.
  5. Add cinnamon, coconut oil, sweetener, or milk as desired.
  6. Blend briefly if using oil. Serve hot and enjoy.
