Ingredients
  

  • 2 Salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
  • teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Remove salmon from fridge 10 minutes before cooking. Pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over salmon fillets and rub evenly. Season the flesh side with spice mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Place salmon skin side down in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove carefully and let rest for 2 minutes.
  8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over salmon and serve immediately.
